FARGO, N.D. - In this video released by the Coast Guard, federal state and local agencies offer assistance to people trapped by flood waters in Kindred, N.D., Saturday, April 18, 2009. These residents and their three dogs were evacuated from their house by a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service airboat crew and transported from their flooded home to dry land. The Coast Guard, USFWS and other federal, state, and local agencies are responding to North Dakota residents impacted by the recent flooding along the Red River and its tributaries.
